Become a Member or Play as a Guest

Becoming a member of BMP is easy. Just complete the Sign-Up Form and Waiver. In addition, we collect dues each year to cover expenses. Dues are $30.00 per person per year and can be paid by check payable to BMP and mailed to BMP, PO Box 66, Dalton, MA 01227, or by VENMO to @Janice-Uliasz.

If you are in the Berkshires on vacation or visiting, please be our guest to play with us. You must complete the Sign-Up Form and Waiver but no need to pay dues.

Complete the form below to become a member of Berkshire Mountain Pickleball or play as a guest.  You will also need to print and sign the Waiver, bring it with you to the courts or extra copies are available in the blue case in the lock boxes at the courts.  Just complete and sign and leave in the blue case in the lock box.  This is required by our insurance company. Once you submit the sign-up form, you will get a confirmation email with a link to SignUpGenius and the password for the members only page. (If you do not receive the email, check your SPAM folder).
